The recruiter/Organization is required to provide assurance to IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED that the jobs / professional Event they post on ideez.in are real and currently available, and that they have the necessary authorization to advertise these jobs. Additionally, the recruiter must confirm that no fees will be charged to any person who applies or responds to job postings / Professional Event on ideez.in for the processing of their applications or responses.
IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED has the right to modify various aspects of the job postings on ideez.in without prior notice or providing a reason, including the appearance, design, and classification of the postings. To post a job, the recruiter must first register on ideez.in and is solely responsible for safeguarding their password and other account information. IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED is not liable for any data loss, theft, corruption, or misuse of information by a third party resulting from the recruiter's password being compromised. It is important to note that the validity of Credits is limited and will expire as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement.
IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED reserves the right to decide on refunds, if any, and refunds will be made to the original source of payment within 7-8 days from the date of cancellation. However, IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of refunds reaching the customer's bank account or card. IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED does not guarantee server uptime or the proper functioning of applications, and any liability is limited to the refund amount only.
IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED has agreed to provide its services to the recruiter for the duration specified in the contract to the best of its abilities. However, IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services contracted by the recruiter/ Organization either before or during the contract period without giving any reason. If such a situation arises, IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED may refund any amount paid by the recruiter for this service on a pro-rata basis at its discretion.
Moreover, IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED also reserves the right to reject any information or data provided by the recruiter/Organization without providing any reason, either before or after uploading job details/ Event details. In such an event, any amount paid by the recruiter may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED.
When you post or upload a job posting / Professional Event on the website, you are declaring that you have acquired all the necessary licenses and permits required for recruitment/ Professional Event. You also agree to indemnify IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED from any claims or damages that may arise from any actions or claims related to the recruitment process.
Additionally, IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED has the authority to modify or edit the vacancy details as needed to fit its database.
Any information provided by the recruiter and displayed on ideez.in by IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED will be made public and may be included by IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED in any other media, such as print media, at its sole discretion and without any additional cost to the recruiter/Organization. IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED cannot guarantee or warranty that there will be a satisfactory or any response once the job is posted on display.
It will be the sole responsibility of the recruiter to verify, check and authenticate any information or response received by them at their own expense. IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED will not be held liable for any information received by the recruiter/Organization.
IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED cannot be held responsible for any loss of data, technical or otherwise, as well as any information or particulars provided by the recruiter due to reasons beyond its control. Such reasons include data corruption, delay or failure to perform, and any other causes or conditions beyond IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED’s reasonable control. These causes may include strikes, riots, civil unrest, government policies, unauthorized tampering of data by hackers, war, and natural disasters.
IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED will only start providing its services once it has received the upfront amount/charges from the recruiter or a third party on behalf of the recruiter/Organization.
The recruiter/Organization must assure IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED that the jobs posted/Professional Event posted on ideez.in are genuine, in existence, and that the recruiter/Organization has the authority to advertise such jobs.
The recruiter/Organization must also give an undertaking to IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED that they will not charge any fees from any person who responds to or applies to jobs posted/Professional Event posted on ideez.in for the processing of their applications or responses.
IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED can modify the appearance, design, and classification of job postings/ Professional Event posting on ideez.in at its discretion without giving any notice or reason.
The recruiter/Organization cannot resell or transfer the Premium Posting to any other individual, corporate body, or firm. Using it from third-party premises or networks without IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED.'s prior written permission is not allowed.
The recruiter/Organization can register on ideez.in to post job listings/Professional Event listing, but they are solely responsible for the safety of their password and other information. IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED is not accountable for any data loss, theft, or corruption, or any unauthorized use of the password that leads to the release of information to third parties. IDEEZ CAREER PVT LIMITED promises to take reasonable measures to prevent any misuse or leakage of data provided by the recruiter.
